All District Five schools will remain closed for the remainder of this week, through Friday, October 4. π« All after school activities and programs are also canceled until further notice.
A majority of our schools and homes in our district remain without power. π‘ Many roads are still impassable due to downed trees and power lines, preventing safe travel for our school buses. π
Due to the widespread power and internet outages that continue, there will be no e-Learning expectations this week. π»
We know our students are safe havens for our students. We cannot wait to reopen our doors, welcome our students back, and give them a sense of normalcy again. β€οΈ Please stay safe!
