Spartanburg District Five is proud to announce our top five finalists for "Induction Teacher of the Year", an honor given to one outstanding teacher during their first year in the classroom.

Caroline Ostheim (3rd Grade Teacher, Berry Shoals Elementary School)
Each of these phenomenal educators have worked hard in the classroom to inspire student success and make a difference in their schools every day. The top five finalists will now advance to an interview round, and the Spartanburg District Five Induction Teacher of the Year will be announced next month.
