Relaxation Club took some time to unwind today with yoga and puzzles — the perfect combo for a calm mind and happy heart!

Mrs. Kinard’s 7th graders are tossing integers and beanbags in style! They’re putting their math skills to the test by calculating scores in a friendly game of cornhole — turning integers into real-life fun!

We are proud to announce that volleyball players #3 (Addie Durrah) and #8 (Emeree James) have been named All-Conference Players! 🎉

Addie is an all-around force — she dominates the court with her digs, hits, and nonstop hustle, covering every inch of the floor. Emeree is a phenomenal setter who gives everything she’s got each play, chasing down second touches and putting up beautiful sets to keep our offense flowing. These two have been the heartbeat of our team all season long! 💪

As co-captains, they lead with heart, integrity, and teamwork. They’re not only incredible athletes, but also honor roll students and outstanding role models in and out of the classroom. Their leadership, positivity, and character make our program better every single day. 💙

Girls High School and Middle School Wrestling starts November 5th at 4:00 PM! 🤼‍♀️ - Middle School and Byrnes Freshman Academy athletes can take the activity bus to Big Byrnes. - A physical dated April 1, 2025, or after is required, and BigTeams.com accounts must be completed to start practice. - This will be a no-tryout, no-cut sport. How great is this?! Mr. Greene met with some of our male students today for a “Lunch and Learn” session on behavior and belonging. They discussed how teachers can support them, helpful strategies for stressful situations, and rewards/incentives for good behavior. 😊

Yesterday, the 6th grade orchestra students were treated to a concert at The Peace Center and a pizza picnic! They will shine on the stage in their first performance on November 6 at the D5 Fine Arts Center. 🎻⭐️

Ms. Mitchell's students did a “Would You Survive” activity where they had to use their knowledge of Jamestown to make choices and see their chances of survival in America’s first permanent settlement!
