Mrs. Gregory's science class took it to the lab for an "eggsperiment". They're learning all about cells in class and conducted an experiment over the last few days. We love to see our kids to "hands-on" things! #sciencerocks #handson

Today, our Harry Potter Club went to the Forbidden Forest to find materials for to make wands at their next meeting! ⚡️









Our home economics met this week and starting working on their projects. They learned to crochet a simple chain. They'll turn these into a bigger project next month. 🤫 A HUGE thanks to our special visitors, Mrs. Virginia, Ms. Emma, and "Granny" for coming out and teaching our group! 🧶





🤔💭Ever wonder what happens at a department meeting for our staff? Recently our ELA teachers met and discussed ELA standards and where they might fit into the new units.📚 We love to see our teachers collaborating! 🤝💜



Mrs. Wilson's students have been reading a nonfiction text titled "Sneezes and Sniffles."🤧They've learned how germs are passed around and the importance of washing their hands and staying healthy. 🩺😷Students wrote about the experiment and will share what they found with their peers. Ms. Grummel’s class learned how to read and analyze technical text through learning how to battle their Pokémon cards. They were able to combine mental math, reading skills, and critical thinking skills in a fun and interesting way. Way to go Pokémon trainers! ⚡️

Our National Jr Beta club held their first meeting of the year this morning. They discussed expectations and requirements and ways to accomplish those! Great job!
