Students explored a real airplane, learned about different types of planes and all the buttons inside, and enjoyed the playground while watching planes take off and land right above them! What a fun and unforgettable field trip! 🌟

EARTH DAY, EVERY DAY! Our First Grade Scientists have been learning about growth, development, and change while studying plants. They've been learning and exploring the life cycles and characteristics of plant life. As they read Informational Texts, Fiction, and Poetry, the plants are growing before their very eyes! 👀How cool! What do plants need to live and grow?🌱🌿🌻

Miss Carson‘s class enjoyed cashing in on a class reward this past Friday. The students voted to have a visit from Miss Carson‘s schnauzer, Maggie. Students had a great time learning how to train a dog, as well as sneaking in some snuggles!

Students checked out the egg cam, made predictions on which egg would hatch first, and even graphed their results! 📊🐣 So much excitement, curiosity, and learning all in one activity! ❤️🐺

Our Chat & Chew yesterday was the perfect after-school pick-me-up! 🌎✨ Hosted by our Related Arts & Special Ed teachers, this Earth Day–themed event gave staff time to mix, mingle, and catch up while creating their own trail mix treats. 🥨🍫 Great conversations and even better company! ❤️🐺
