🚂❄️ First grade had a ticket to fun as they worked their way through Polar Express–themed stations in each classroom! Learning, laughter, and holiday magic all around! 🎄
🎶✨ Our Annual Sing Along filled the halls with Christmas cheer! We loved hearing our students spread joy through song. Special appearances by Ms. Goldsmith and Ms. Drummon’s kindergarten stars, a stunning solo by Ms. Coan with her amazing backup dancers, and a special 6–7 dance made it a celebration to remember! 🎄💃🕺🎤

All aboard! 🚂✨ The magic of the Polar Express was alive at DR Hill this week! 🚂✨ Our kindergarten students decorated cookies, crafted ornaments, met the Grinch 💚, jammed with the DR Hill band 🎶, and cozied up for a Christmas storytime 📖❄️

Ms. Wells’ first graders read The Gingerbread Baby and baked their own cookies… but before they could grab them from the oven, they ran away! 👀

Friday these 5th graders went FULL GRINCH mode! 😆
They watched the animated Grinch movie, listened to the Universal Grinch himself read How the Grinch Stole Christmas (with hilarious commentary, of course 😂), and then read How the Grinch Lost Christmas! Afterward, we compared and contrasted the two stories like true reading pros. 📚✨
Students sipped on Grinch Punch 💚😋 while drawing on their special green desk paper and enjoying the movie!
A HUGE shoutout to Annabelle and Logan for winning our “Most Green” Grinch Competition in each class! 💚🏆💚
