Our students have been putting their **mathematical engineering skills** to work! 🧠🔧 Over the past several days, they’ve designed and built machines that demonstrate the relationships between **multiplication and division**.
Each finished project includes a mathematical rule AND a physical model that brings their thinking to life! 🙌

This week, our Wellford Wolves took flight as we launched our very first STEM Club! 🐺🔬
During Mission 1: From Paper Airplanes to Drones, our students stepped into the role of flight engineers, exploring the forces of flight, designing paper airplanes, testing their creations, and learning how engineers use failure to improve their designs.
From paper airplanes to future drone innovators, we are building curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills one mission at a time! 💡🚁

Ms. Heffner’s 2nd graders scrubbed in for **CONTRACTION SURGERY** yesterday! 👩⚕️👨⚕️✂️
These little surgeons carefully **took words apart, removed letters, and stitched them back together** to create contractions! 🩹💉 From *do not* ➡️ *don’t* and *they are* ➡️ *they’re*, our doctors were hard at work!
Who knew grammar could require a surgical team?! 😂❤️🩹
