🐰🏒 We had an incredible time today with the Greenville Swamp Rabbits and their mascot, Stomper, during our Bullying Prevention Assembly! Stomper and the team shared important lessons about the different types of bullying and how we can all work together to create a kind and inclusive environment. They even gave real-life examples of what not to do, helping our students understand how to be respectful and supportive friends. Thank you, Greenville Swamp Rabbits, for making a difference and helping us stand up to bullying! 🐰❤️🐺

🩰Ballet Spartanburg paid 3rd graders a visit yesterday to show how to connect the art of dance to science.🥼The certified dance instructor demonstrated how the arts can be used to teach STEAM concepts and inspire learning. Students learned new dance concepts to choreograph a science topic that followed a pattern. Students chose 🐶animal/insect life cycles, patterns of the 🌙moon and sun, the 💧water cycle, and more! 😀

📚✨ This week in Mrs. Crocker’s class, our amazing guest readers took center stage! They shared their favorite stories with the classmates, building confidence and inspiring a love for reading. We are so proud of these young leaders! ✨📚

🎃🌾 Pumpkin Patch Fun in 4K! 🌾🎃 Our 4K students had an exciting in-house field trip to the Wellford Pumpkin Patch today! After hearing a delightful story read by our Literacy Coach, Mrs. Kinard, they enjoyed exploring the pumpkins and soaking in all the autumn fun. 📚🍂 Learning, laughter, and pumpkins—what a perfect combination! Thank you Mrs. Kinard for making this an experience these students won't forget!🎃✨

🎶 Science in action! Our 4th graders in Ms. Jacks’ class had a blast building longitudinal waves using straws to explore how sound works. They learned how changes in amplitude and wavelength can affect the volume and pitch of sound waves. Such a creative way to make science come to life!
