The chorus room has been filled with fun this week! Classes played “Solfege Keepy-Uppy” by singing a note in our scale each time the balloon was hit. 7th grade advanced choir students were challenged to keep a steady tempo while chanting and moving with a partner through different meter changes.

Today Mrs. Fisher's classes played Class Rules Charades. While practicing their group rules and procedures, groups collaborated to write and perform a skit for one of the rules.  The rest of the class had to guess which rule and whether it was a positive or negative example.

Big shoutout to Ms.Dillingham and her class for such a creative and engaging way to review angles! By using their names, students are not only learning about different types of angles, but also personalizing their learning experience. Measuring and coloring angles found in letters is a fun method to visualize math concepts.
