Our students spent the day exploring all things gross about the human body from boogers to earwax! They were so excited to learn more about this topic.

Thanks to the amazing support of our school community for our recent Tat Attack initiative, we raised $750 for the Middle Tyger Community Center.
With the funds, our Terriers were able to provide immediate needs, including breakfast items, canned meats, and pasta sauce—helping many families right when they needed it most.

Students got to enjoy Reward Fun Days in music class last week! (Friday classes will enjoy their fun day this Friday.)
Students celebrated their good behavior during the 1st quarter by taking part in dance parties, music bingo, parachute fun, and different music games reviewing composition, note naming, identifying rhythms, proper instrument technique, and more! We are so proud of Mr. Bowen for being recognized as a D5 Coverage Champion for August and September. He has worked so hard to make sure that our teachers always have substitutes when they are needed and works to make sure the needs of our staff are always met.

Our Kindergarten friends had a fantastic time welcoming the Duncan Fire Department to our school on Monday! The firefighters showed us their gear, taught us fire safety tips, and even let the kids explore the fire truck! 🚨🔥
