Congratulations to our 8th grade boys basketball team for their win against Carver last night! 🎉 The game ended with a score of 42-31. 🏀

Tuesday after practice, our girls basketball team went to watch and cheer on the Byrnes varsity girls team. Tonight, a few of the Byrnes varsity girls returned the favor and showed support in our girls victory over carver with a score of 38-6. Thank you, Rebels, for being great role models! And as always, Go Panthers! 💜


We had an awesome time welcoming 5th graders from Duncan Elementary School of the Arts today! Students got a chance to tour the school, meet with admin, and explore some of our electives. We are excited to have these students next year!

Spartanburg District Five’s Limited School Choice program is NOW OPEN!
Applications are being accepted through February 13, 2026. If you are considering limited school choice, you will be able to access the application online through your Powerschool parent portal account.
As in previous years, all families must submit a new application each year, including those currently approved for limited school choice or out-of-district status.
