Our amazing administration surprised staff with a Valentine’s Day cheer cart filled with goodies, smiles, and appreciation!




Mrs. Sturgis’ scientists created convergent, divergent, and transform plate boundaries today and watched Earth’s forces in action! 🌎 Then, in true scientist fashion, they ate their lithosphere and asthenosphere!









Student Council will be sponsoring a school wide dance on Feb. 26th from 3:30-5:00 pm. The theme is "A Night in New York." The price will be $20.00 which includes: pizza, chips, drinks, and dessert. Fun activities include a dance off and picture taking booth. Tickets can be purchased in the cafeteria from 7:45 - 8:10 starting Monday Feb.16th through Friday Feb. 20th. Cash or cards are accepted.

Mrs. Kay and Mrs. Espinosa’s class participated in the Special Olympics Basketball event at Gaffney High School today. Coach Latimer coached the team to a first place win. The team even brought our team Mascot, the Wolf. Go Wolves!




ACCESS Testing for multi-language students will be taking place at Abner Creek Middle School during February.

Mr. Watson’s 7th Grade AVID class had a visit from Ms. Ke’Auja Duncan with South Carolina State 4H Youth Development. Students took part in the first lesson of the Beyond Ready college and career readiness program. They learned about the importance of professional communication and emails addresses.
We look forward to our future lessons with Ms. Duncan!


Congratulations to ACMS fishing team members Bennett Taylor and Eli Stansell who won 2nd place overall as an individual boat this weekend! The Byrnes middle school won 3rd overall!
