Today, Mrs. Eitel’s class learned about Martin Luther King, Jr. and the powerful ways he helped change the world. We talked about how even children can make a difference by showing kindness, compassion, and love. Each child wrote about how they can help change the world with their own two hands.

FYI Families of 5th graders! Florence Chapel is hosting an Elective Showcase for rising sixth graders and their parents on Jan 28th from 5:15-6:30. The program starts with a brief introduction to success in middle school, and then becomes an open house where you can tour their exploratory offerings prior to registration, which occurs at each student's home schools. This is not a required event, but can be helpful for parents who want to know more about what electives are available prior to student registration.
