Author, Alyssa Wilkinson, visited with our 3rd-5th graders this morning. She shared her journey to become a published author and encouraged students to not give up when something is hard. She also read aloud the first chapter of her book, Unlucky Charm Summer. Students really enjoyed her visit! Her book will be available in stores and online at https://chickenscratchbooks.com/ starting May 5.
