Our 5th graders have been reading about natural disasters and weather related events. Today they welcomed meteorologist, Christy Henderson, to learn more. Mrs. Henderson provided lots of information about weather, weather instruments, and this weekend’s threat of ice and snow. Thank you, Mrs. Henderson, for your time and expertise. Our students were so engaged and excited about all she shared with them!

We were so excited to welcome one of our D5 Board Members, Mr. Kevin Goode, to River Ridge earlier this week. Mr. Goode was able to tour the building, talk with students and staff, and see just how much we appreciate him. Our Board Members are wonderful and we are thankful for all they do for D5!
