As our students have worked through the 1st semester, they have done so much to help build community. In our houses, students have worked to keep the school cleaner by picking up after themselves. Through various classes, our students have learned about our community by visiting the Middle Tyger Community Center and collecting items for them that will help our friends and neighbors. Our latest effort to connect our students to the community has been spearheaded by Mrs. Hewitt and the Adopt-a-Highway program. Our school will be working to clean up Shoals Road throughout the school year and show their community pride.
