Mr. Gillian's 7th Grade ELA Class did a fun activity to review "A Christmas Carol." These students got to quiz their peers on questions about what happened in the play to prepare themselves for their upcoming test.

The Beta Club delivered toys for patients and toured Shriners Hospital today. Truly a blessing to be part of this effort and to spread a little joy. 💛🎁

Mrs. Bowles’ student scientists gathered evidence to prove the Law of Conservation of Energy and energy transfers between objects. Students will use the evidence to write a scientific argument to support their claim.

Mrs. Steighner‘s class is working on finding the area of 3-D shape nets. This is part of their unit on calculating surface area.

Today, Mrs. Taylor’s 7th and 8th grade Geometry classes reviewed for their test by playing Among Us with their study guides. Students worked through problems together while trying to find the secret imposter who was secretly attempting to sabotage correct answers. This encouraged working through error analysis and problem solving while having fun! Way to go Tigers!

Ms. Martin's students used Versa Tiles to practice fraction concepts.

Mr. Haskins’ math class is converting unit measurements. The learning is on going as they reinforce unit concepts while operating their classroom economy day to day. Those dollars are not real but sometimes you can mistake it for real cash 😂
