Harry Potter club engaged in Hogwarts classes today. They took care of magical creature, made potions, and repotted mandrakes. 🪴

Our BSIS theater troupe #115166 collected donations to give to the Spartanburg Humane Society. 🐶🦴🐾
Our rockstar RTI team hosted their annual grinch party for their classes. They ate who-hash themed food and grinch punch, while playing games to celebrate their success so far this year! 💚🎄
Mrs. Cantrell recently hosted our Beech Springs spelling bee. 🐝

Beta Club hosted a fantastic "Sock Hop" yesterday where our Beech Springs students donated over 1,000 socks! 🧦 Yes, you read that right, 1,000! 🤯 All socks will be donated to Middle Tyger Community Center!
Students in Ms. Cramer's classes put their engineering skills to the test today and built gingerbread houses from scratch items. Look how wonderful they did!🌟👏 #STEM
Our student council had a "pie your teacher" fundraiser through the month of November. Our school raised $117 to go towards scholarships for our student's field trips. The teacher who had the most money in her bag was Ms. Cummings who took it like a champ! 🥧

Mrs. Landon's class took it back old school and made homemade butter today. 🧈 They applied their knowledge of states of matter to discuss the changes as they took turns "shaking it off" as she says. Once it was done, they all were able to eat a slice of bread with their own butter on it. 🧈
Ms. Cummings students competed in a variety of thanksgiving themed STEM challenges today. I'd say we have a few engineers on our hands!🏗️

🥼We had some doctors in training at Beech Springs today.🩺 Mrs. Landon and Mrs. McCrary's classes suited up to head into the "OR" today and make their rounds. 👩⚕️🧑⚕️They listened to their patients history to figure out which body systems were affected and give a diagnosis. What a great way to apply their knowledge to real life situations! 🩻 #handson #sciencerocks
