We are offering on site physicals that will be valid through June 1, 2027 at our schools. Please advertise these dates at your school and communicate this to your teams. We can get a jump on next season paperwork (June 1st). Please have your students' parents complete the Regenesis Consent to Treat form and the Medical History section of the Byrnes Physical 2026 Form (first page). The cost is $25 for students to receive a physical. ReGenesis accepts Credit Cards, Cash, or Checks made out to ReGenesis Healthcare. We cannot give the student a physical without these forms completed prior to the physical date.The nurses need this to complete the process.
