Ms. Ripple’s classes used their word knowledge to complete an Escape Room. Students collaborated to complete rhyming puzzles, a cryptogram, a pictogram, and a logic puzzle. Once they gathered the 4 key words, they had to unscramble the sentence to find the correct combination. Everyone enjoyed seeing if their combination was correct to open the lock! 🔓

Who says you can't learn math in ELA? Ms. Mezzacampo helped our 8th graders with setting up a pie chart to explain who is to blame for Bob's death in The Outsiders. Students then found evidence from the text to support their reasoning!

Friday was a Teacher Professional Development Day! While our students enjoyed a day off, our amazing teachers were hard at work learning, collaborating, and growing together! 💡 Professional development days give our staff time to strengthen teaching strategies, share ideas, and find new ways to help our students succeed. We are so proud of all the teachers who presented and thankful for leadership who gave us this opportunity to learn together.
