Our students have had an unforgettable experience watching the life cycle of chicks right before their eyes! Over the past few weeks, excitement filled the halls as students observed eggs in the incubator, patiently waiting for the big moment when the chicks began to hatch.
Once the chicks arrived, students had the opportunity to watch them grow each day while learning about animal life cycles, responsibility, and care. One of the highlights for many students was getting the chance to visit the chicks in person — and even hold them!
A special thank you goes to our STEM Coach, Mrs. Rickman, for making this incredible experience possible. From setting up the incubator and caring for the eggs to providing a live camera feed and organizing classroom visits, Mrs. Rickman helped ensure that every student had the opportunity to be part of this memorable learning experience.
