The TRE Student Council brought holiday warmth to our community by creating handmade cards for residents at the nearby nursing home. What started as a simple service project turned into a meaningful connection between students and seniors.
Council members designed and assembled dozens of colorful, heartfelt cards sharing holiday wishes, drawings, and short messages to brighten someone’s season.
Council members reflected on empathy, respect for elders, and the importance of community involvement.
Through this project, students gained firsthand experience in civic responsibility and the power of small acts of kindness.
