Yesterday a modern day rivalry took over BFA. The Soccer Moms ⚽️👩👧👦 vs the BBQ Dads 🍔👨👧👦. The moms came in strong with their Stanley cups but the dads countered with their spatulas and tongs! Things were looking a little baggy at BFA yesterday, when the Adam Sandlers invaded! Spirit Week continued with Adam Sandler Day. Some dressed baggy like Casual Adam 🩳. Some went with a classic Billy Madison 🧢 or Happy Gilmore ⛳️ look. We even had The Waterboy 💧family in the house!

Check out this new art installation in the lobby of BFA! Does it look familiar? That's because it is made out of the old BFA gym floor that was salvaged after last year's gym flood. Art Teacher Megan Parlow, Guidance Counselor Tracy Woodson and USC Upstate Student Teacher Chloe Fecht, spent this past Friday's teacher workday carefully crafting this wonderful art piece and piece of BFA (and D.R. Hill) history! Check it out next time you're visiting!
The Byrnes Rebels are really dominating the courts and fields lately! The latest victory comes from the ⚽️Girls Soccer Teams⚽️ where both JV and Varsity won their matches last night! Way to go ladies! 🥇
🏀Go Runnin' Rebels Basketball🏀 Today the Byrnes Basketball Team is headed off to 🏆The State Championship Game 🏆 Students and staff took a brain break from class to go outside and cheer on the team as they passed by on the bus! Gotta love that school spirit! Good luck guys!
