Students in Mrs. Phillips’ class have been practicing their writing skills by composing letters to their favorite authors. Recently, the class received an exciting surprise — their first reply!
Dr. Seuss Enterprises sent one of the students a special package containing a book with a personalized message written inside. The student’s name was even added to the story, making it a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake.
This experience was a wonderful reminder to students that their words have power and that authors appreciate hearing from their readers. What an inspiring moment for our young writers at Wellford Academy!
