Our students are learning some important life skills during our Book Fair. Students are gaining real-world experience in making financial decisions and choices at a Book Fair. They are learning to estimate costs with sales tax, making change, and staying on budget. They are making decisions based on what is a want or a need.
Students are also getting excited about reading and having conversations about what they like to read or have recently read. Events like the Book Fair encourage ownership of learning, spark curiosity, and build a stronger school culture of reading.
