After thoughtful planning and collaboration, we're pleased to share our 2026-2027 school year calendar, which was recently approved by our District Five Board of Trustees. This calendar reflects a focus on balancing instructional needs, while also prioritizing rest and renewal for both our staff and students.
Here’s some important dates for you to make note of:
*The school year will start for staff on Thursday, July 30, 2026, with our back-to-school staff development week lasting through Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
*School will start for students on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
*A fall break is scheduled for students and staff (with the exception of employees who work 235 days or greater) for October 15-16, 2026
*A mid-winter break is scheduled for students and staff (with the exception of employees who work 235 days or greater) for February 15-19, 2027
These changes are designed to better align instructional time and support wellbeing for our entire school community.
