🎻🎶WAY TO PLAY! 🎶🎻The BFA Orchestra had their SCMEA Orchestra State Assessment yesterday, and received the honor of Superior with Distinction! They then celebrated their amazing accomplishment at Main Event! CONGRATULATIONS!

BFA is proud to announce our Teacher of the Year and Support Employee of the Year!

First off, congratulations to Mrs. Stefannie Agudelo one of our amazing Spanish teachers! Mrs. Agudelo goes above and beyond for her students and makes every class period fun and engaging. Not only that Mrs. Agudelo is one of the nicest and kindest people you will meet, and willing to go the extra mile to support our students and staff!

Next up, congratulations to Mrs. Jaymee Blackwell! You will recognize Mrs. Blackwell from our front office and from just about anywhere in the building as she wears multiple hats to make sure that our student and staff are well taken care of!

Congratulations to you both on this well deserved honor!

We were out for most of the week but we still have to show some love to our BFA counselors during this School Counseling Week! Thank you for being such a great support system for our students!

🎻🎅🏼The BFA Orchestra has had a busy holiday season! The serenaded community members yesterday at the soup kitchen and followed it with a grand holiday concert at the Fine Arts Center!🎅🏼🎻

❄️Things have been looking very holly and jolly at BFA the past few weeks. Teachers and students have been whipping out the hot glue, tinsel, and construction paper to compete in a Holiday Door Decorating Contest. Today we announced the winners!❄️

This week during FLEX was 🍪🎄❄️The 3rd Annual Cooking Club Christmas Cookies Extravaganza!❄️🎄🍪 Students baked and decorated some festive cookies!

Middle Tyger needs our help to stock the food pantry!

AVID is sponsoring a Canned Food Drive from Wednesday, October 29 – Friday, November 14.

Please participate and bring in the items to your 3rd period class (pop-top cans are helpful when available)
