District Five Holiday Break COVID Notification Protocols

Winter Break: Spartanburg District Five’s COVID-19 Protocols

Spartanburg District Five will be closed for winter break December 19, 2020 through January 4, 2021. In order to keep accurate records of students and staff who contract COVID-19, we ask that parents and families, as well as employees, still notify us of any positive COVID test results.  This is especially important in the first few days of the holiday break, as the district completes the necessary contact tracing.  The district’s COVID-19 Dashboard on our website will be maintained during this time, although results may be slightly delayed.

Positive COVID-19 Case Reporting

December 19-21

Parents and families can report any students who test positive to Director of Health Services, Tammy Wilson, or Nurse Jo Smith either by phone or email.  Positive results can be reported by email to covidreport@spart5.net. District Five employees should contact Director of Personnel, Heather Lister, at heather.lister@spart5.net.
