    weight lifting Hello, I am Frederick Cross, this is my third year at James F. Byrnes High School.  I am a 1998 graduate of Newberry College. I have 17 years teaching experience. I teach physical education 1, strength and fitness, and PE 3 fall and spring sports classes.  I also coach football serving as the linebacker's coach and special teams coordinator. I believe all students can learn and have the ability to be successful.
