WELCOME TO THE MEDIA CENTERMake sure you stop by to learn how you can get access to the eBook book collection. You can get a book anywhere you have access to the internet!
The Media Center at Florence Chapel serves as one of our academic and social hubs. Throughout the day you will find classes working on projects, receiving instruction, or conducting research. You may just as often find students enjoying their recess reading, chatting with each other, or playing a game.
The Media Center has recently undergone the process of genrefication, or grouping books based on their style. This process will make it easier for students to find books that interest them. The Media Center is also undergoing technological upgrades that will make it even more central to our students day.
MAKERSPACE HAS ARRIVED
Our library now features a makerspace. Makerspaces area areas that allow students to learn and grow through DYI projects, experiaments, building, and exploring STEM areas. This area has been very popular during recess.
