    Deadline

Since the 2016-17 school year, District Five's student enrollment has increased by 1000 students.  It has increased by 600 students in the last two years alone.  Therefore, in order to better plan for instructional personnel and facility use, requests for Limited School Choice and Out of District placement MUST be received BEFORE MARCH 31, 2020.  Applicants must adhere to this deadline.  After March 31, Choice and Out of District requests may be denied based on school or grade-level capacity.  Parents/guardians will receive a written response letter in the mail no later than April 17, 2020.
