How to join and support your Cougars and the FCMS PTO:
Join and support your COUGARS by filling out the form below. Please send completed forms along with either cash or a check payment made out to FCMS, with PTO info in the memo. You may also send a donation of your choice listed on the form. Snacks, waters, and drinks for teachers are always welcome, as are supplies donated to the school store for the students to “buy” with their hard-earned PBIS points!
