    Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my webpage. Here, you will find information on everything we do in our classroom! I will update my website as often as possible! :)
     
    I am so excited to have the opportunity to be your child's teacher this year. It is going to be a fantastic first grade year!! This is my third year teaching at Abner Creek Academy. I graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with my degree in Early Childhood Education in December 2013, after completing my student teaching semester right here at Abner Creek Academy- in first grade! I am currently working on my Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education through USC Upstate. I love Abner Creek Academy- the faculty, staff and students are the best I know! I am very blessed to have the opportunity to work at an incredible school, and a wonderful first grade team of teachers!
     
    I have been married to my best friend, Kyle, for three years. We do not have any children, but our golden retriever, Miley, is our life! In my free time, I love to spend time with family and friends, run, and read!
     
    I am so excited for everything that will come along with this year! I am most excited to spend time with my first grade students, and see the growth they will make this year! I am here to help in any way that I can. Please feel free to contact me at any time! :)
