Hello,

 

I am the Career Specialist at D.R. Hill Middle School. I look forward to working with your children as they explore their interests, talents and abilities.

 

Students start taking Interest Inventories in the sixth grade to identify areas of interest. These interest inventories are continued throughout the rest of their educational career. Our students take the South Carolina Occupational Interest Survey (SCOIS) interest inventories, as well as Holland assessments which are used when we meet with you for our annual Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) meetings with our eighth graders.

 

I will keep my webpage updated throughout the year about our various career activities and career speakers who will be presenting our students with helpful information about the workforce this year.
