D R Hill Internet Media Release Policy:

Schools may wish to acknowledge student accomplishments via the district's Internet web page. This recognition may be in one of the following formats:

·         Student writing, artwork or project identified with name and grade of the student.

·         Lists of names, such as Honor Roll.

·         Group pictures of students with students not identified

·         Group pictures with students identified.

·         Individual pictures of students identified by name and grade.

The district assumes the right to publish student work and/or group pictures as long as students are not identified by name. The district also assumes the right to publish lists of student names for recognition.

Student work and student pictures may be identified with parental permission. At no time will identifying information such as home addresses or phone numbers for students be published on any district web page.
