*Graduation tickets are being mailed to senior homes on May 6, 2013. There will be ten Nixon Field tickets, five Schofield Gym tickets (in case of rain), and two Fine Arts Center tickets (overflow in case of rain). A ticket is required in order to attend graduation. Graduation is on May 28, 2013 at 8 PM.
*Seniors, remember that if you have any outstanding fees prior to graduation, you will not be allowed to walk and your diploma will be held. Be sure to clear up any fees with our bookkeeper, Mrs. Konopka, prior to graduation.
*Students who are interested in attending Summer School may see Mr. Plumley or any guidance counselor. Summer school curriculum will consist of Driver's Education and credit recovery through AVENTA. Two Driver's Education courses will be held this summer (one in June and one in July). Students interested in Driver's Ed must be at least 15 years of age with a current permit and promoted to at least the 10th grade. AVENTA courses will be from 8am – 11am, Monday - Thursday. Registration for all Summer School Classes will be held on June 7 and June 10. The first day of classes will be June 11. The cost for Driver Education and AVENTA is $200 per course.
*Students, parents, and teachers: We have a new Teacher of the Week incentive program at Byrnes. Nominate a teacher or co-worker for the honor byfilling out this short formand help them be rewarded for doing a great job!
*The Rebel Success Center is now offering help for Math and Science on both Mondays and Wednesday at 3:45 in the Media Center. English and Social Studies will still be offered on Mondays.
