    Congratulations to Arlyn Mills, Meredith Penley, the Byrnes Academy Orchestra, the Byrnes Concert Orchestra, and the Byrnes Philharmonic on an outstanding Fall Concert.
    Add these dates to your calendar for wonderful winter entertainment .
    The Byrnes Philharmonic and the Byrnes Singers will perform in the Bill Drake Christmas Festival at Sptbg. Memorial Auditorium on Sunday, December 7th at 2:00 p.m.
    The Academy Orchestra and Concert Orchestra will perform their winter concert on Monday, December 8th in the Fine Arts Center at 7:00 p.m.
    The Byrnes Philharmonic and the Byrnes Singers will perform Antonio Vivaldi's Christmas Masterwork, Gloria, on Tuesday, December 9th at 7:00 p.m.  The program will also include Arlyn Mills and Meredith Penley performing a movement of J. S. Bach's

    Dress Up Days:
    Monday=Marvel Monday
    Tuesday= Clark Kent Day
    Wednesday=Captain America Day
    Thursday="Rebels to the Rescue" Spirit Day
    Food Drive All Week to Benefit Middle Tyger Food Pantry
    Hat Bands allow students to wear hats all week.  $2.00
    Homecoming Parade 3:45 on Thursday, October 23 in the new Gym Parking lot at the high school

  • BFA Helps Fight Hunger During Homecoming Week

    Starting October 1, first period teachers will participate in a Food Drive competition to assist the Middle Tyger Community Center Food Pantry.  We would like get as much participation as possible as all the food collected will benefit our community. The holidays are upon us and there will be an increased number of families and individuals who need food assistance. Can food totals will be taken on the day of Homecoming October 24th. The teacher and class who collect the most items will win a free breakfast. Thank you in advance for helping our community care for one another.
